Delete your ForestrPro account

In the Android app

1. Open ForestrPro and go to Teams.
2. On your profile card, tap Edit profile, then Delete account…
3. Enter your password and tap Delete account.

In the web dashboard

1. Sign in to the dashboard.
2. Open Your profile and account.
3. Under Delete your account, enter your password and choose Delete account.

If you can't sign in

Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page in the app or the dashboard. We'll email a link to set a new password, and then you can delete the account as above. If that doesn't work, email info@forestrpro.com from the address your account uses and we'll help you delete it.

What's deleted

• Your name, email address and password
• Your profile: job title, phone number, tickets and profile photo
• Every sign-in and password reset link
• Every location you shared with a team
• Your membership of every team. A team you own with no other members is deleted too.

What's kept

Work you recorded for a team, such as task history, notes and photos, belongs to that team's records, so it stays with the team and is shown as by "Deleted member", with nothing to identify you. The team's owner can delete the team and everything in it.

If you own a team that still has other members, make someone else the owner or delete the team before deleting your account.

Forestry records kept only on your phone (maps, tracks, planting sessions and surveys) aren't on our server. They stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app.
