Create a team and invite people

Create a team, then invite your crew with a one-time code or link, choosing whether each person joins as a manager or a member.

Create the team

  1. Go to More → Teams and tap Create a team.
  2. Enter the Team name and, if you like, a description. Tap Create. You're the team's owner.

Invite someone

  1. Open the team and tap Invite someone.
  2. Choose their Role (manager or member) and how long the invitation lasts (Expires after).
  3. Optionally enter Their email. Then only that account can accept. Without an email, anyone with the code can join.
  4. Tap Create invitation.
  5. Tap Copy code or Share to send it by text, WhatsApp or email.

The code is shown only once and can be used once. To cancel an invitation, find it under Invitations on the team page and withdraw it.
