Work on a task: accept, start and complete

Accept a task, start work, update progress with notes and photos, pause if needed, and mark it complete when the job is done.

Open the task from Home, Jobs, or by tapping it on the map. The buttons under Next step always show what you can do now.

  1. Accept the task. (Changed your mind? Release makes it available to others again.)
  2. When you get there, tap Start work. Use Navigate to task to find it.
  3. As you go, tap Update progress to set a percentage, with a note if you like. Use Add note, Take photo or Add from gallery to record what you find.
  4. Stopping for now? Tap Pause, and Resume when you're back.
  5. When the work is finished, add a photo of the result if it helps, then tap Mark complete and confirm.

Arriving at a task never completes it, and 100% progress doesn't either. A task is only complete when someone taps Mark complete.

Everything is recorded in the task's History: who did what, and when.
