Upload your own risk assessment

Already have your risk assessment as a document, or on paper? Upload the PDF, Word file or a photo, on its own or alongside the form.

  1. Open the risk assessment (or create one, as above).
  2. In the dashboard, under Your own document, choose Upload a document. In the app, tap Upload a document on the risk assessment's page.
  3. Choose a PDF, a Word or Excel file, or a photo (JPEG or PNG) of a paper risk assessment, up to 25 MB.
  4. Publish it, if it's a draft. A document can be the whole risk assessment, without filling in the form.
