Read and sign a risk assessment

Read the risk assessment for your site or job, even with no signal, and sign to say you have read and understood it.

  1. When there's one for you to sign, Home says so. You'll also find it on the job's page, and under More → Risk assessments in the app (Risk assessments in the dashboard).
  2. Read it all: the emergency arrangements first, then each hazard with its controls. Tap Open to read an uploaded document.
  3. Tap I have read and understood it, then Sign (in the app, OK).

With no signal, the app keeps your signature with the time you signed and sends it when there's a signal. Risk assessments are kept on the phone, so you can read them in the forest.

If a risk assessment changes, it becomes a new version and you're asked to sign again.
