Invite a temporary contractor

Give a subcontractor access to only the jobs they're doing, between set dates, without making them a team member.

  1. Open Teams, choose the team, then Invite a temporary contractor.
  2. Add their name, email and company, choose the jobs (or whole projects), the start and end dates, and what they may do.
  3. They're emailed an invitation, and accept it with that email address, at no cost to them.
  4. Follow, extend, change or end their access under the team's Contractors.

A contractor sees only the jobs you gave them, not the team's other jobs, records, maps, prices or people. Their access ends by itself after the last day.
