Price a job and make a quotation

For owners and managers: give a job its price, make a numbered quotation, and download an invoice-style PDF.

  1. Add your business details (and VAT number, if you're VAT registered) in Settings.
  2. When you create a job, fill in the Price step, or open the job later and choose Add a price to the job.
  3. Add a line for each part of the work (per hectare, tree, hour, day, tonne, m³, metre, or a fixed price), plus any extra charges or a discount.
  4. To send a formal quote, choose Create a quotation. Mark it as sent, then record whether the customer accepted it or turned it down.
  5. Choose Download PDF for an invoice-style document with your business details at the top right.

Only owners and managers see prices; the crew never does. ForestrPro doesn't take payments: the PDF is for you to send to your customer.
