On the web dashboard, the menu's Business group has three pages for the whole business. They show what's already in quotations, Timber Yard, Tree Nursery and Firewood, all in one place.
Customers
- One list, shared by quotations and every module: a customer added anywhere is here.
- Each customer's page lists their quotations and orders in every module, each opening where it was made.
- Add a customer, Edit and Remove are here too. Removing someone keeps their quotations and orders as they were.
Suppliers
One list, shared by Timber Yard, Tree Nursery and Firewood, with each supplier's deliveries, purchases, seed and timber receipts.
Stock
Everything in stock across the modules: what's on hand, reserved and available, and where it is. Click a batch to open it in its module, where it's moved, sold or adjusted. Nothing is changed on this page.
Who sees what: each page shows only what your roles in each module show you. A firewood driver sees stock but not customers. A team manager sees the customers quotations use, but no module's orders without a role in that module.
