Site work packs

Give the crew a site work pack (contacts, access, restrictions, site rules, welfare, method statement, emergencies) beside the risk assessments, for everyone to read and sign.

  1. In the dashboard, open the team and choose the Work packs & RAs tab, then Add a site work pack. You can also add one from a project's page, a job's page, or Site work packs in the menu. In the app, open the team under Teams and tap Site work packs.
  2. Choose the project, and whether it covers The whole site or One job.
  3. Fill in what the crew needs: the scope of work and dates, Site contacts (with phone numbers), Access (directions, parking, gates and keys), Restrictions and constraints (environmental, services and utilities, public access), Site rules and Welfare, the Method statement, emergency arrangements and PPE. It starts from the project's site information.
  4. Or upload the pack you already have (yours, or the client's): a PDF, Word or Excel file, or a photo, up to 25 MB.
  5. Save and publish. Everyone in the team is asked to read it and sign, just like a risk assessment, even with no signal.

Work packs are numbered WP-0001, WP-0002 and so on, apart from risk assessments (RA-0001). A change is a new version that everyone signs again, and Download PDF prints it with its signatures.
