Spraying jobs and recording chemicals used

Plan tree, grass and weed, or weevil spraying, and record each chemical used, including stump treatment on invasive removal: the product, the mix and the millilitres.

The Spraying group in Create a job has Tree spraying, Grass and weed spraying and Weevil spraying. They're listed together under Spraying in the menu (with the Vegetation module).

Record what was used

  1. On the job (app or dashboard), under Chemicals used, tap Record chemical use. On an invasive species removal job it's Record stump treatment.
  2. Enter the Chemical (product name), the Mix (e.g. 20 ml per litre) and the Amount used (ml).
  3. Choose what it was Used on (cut stumps, trees, grass and weeds, weevil) and how many were treated. You can also pick the map feature, e.g. the rhododendron clump.
  4. Tap Record. With no signal, it's kept on the phone and sent when there's a signal.

The last chemical and mix are remembered for the next record. Every record is in the job's PDF report, with the total in millilitres and litres. A record made by mistake can be taken back by whoever made it, or a manager.

Mulching is forestry mulcher work (scrub, brash, regrowth) and is under Vegetation.
